Pricing questions
What counts as an agent?
Only agents count toward your plan. Brokers and admins are included at no extra charge.
What if we have more agents than our plan includes?
Each extra agent is billed at your plan's per-agent rate. You can move to a larger plan at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Brokerages with up to 10 agents can start a 30-day trial with full access and no credit card. Larger brokerages can request a free trial by booking a call.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Pay annually and you get 2 months free, about 17% off the monthly price.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Setup and onboarding are included in every plan.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Billing and cancellation are covered by our Platform Subscription Agreement. Ask us for a copy before you sign up.
